The photographic images on this web site are NOT free. We are happy, of course, to license usage rights for a negotiable fee. Our fees are very competitive, and our service excellent. The quality of the photography- we hope you agree- speaks for itself. These photos are NOT royalty free. As traditional stock photography, image use is subject to the issuance and payment of an image use licensing agreement. These photos are NOT in the public domain. All Content is the exclusive property of Macpherson Family Photography LLC, all rights are reserved, and any unauthorized use whatsoever is an infringement of US and international copyright and is punishable by law.
